Select Tools > Options.



Select the "Privacy" tab, and make certain that "Allow sites to set cookies" is selected.

Select Firefox > Preferences.



Select the "Privacy" tab, and make certain that "Allow sites to set cookies" is selected.





Safari for OSX

Select Safari > Preferences.



Select the "Security" tab, and select "Always accept cookies" or "Only from sites you navigate to".





Netscape / Mozilla for Windows

Select Edit > Preferences.



Select the "Privacy & Security > Cookies" tab, and make certain that "Allow all cookies" is selected.





Opera for Windows

Select Tools > Preferences.



Select the "Privacy" tab, and make certain that "Enable cookies" is selected.
